Coordination meeting moved to Thursday 10am — the services engineer can’t make Wednesday.
Chat
A team channel and a client channel for every active project, made for you. Drawings, queries and decisions are posted where the people working on them are already talking.
Project channels
Each channel is linked to its project. Drawing uploads and published queries arrive as cards, pins keep the decisions on top, and the Queries button opens the project’s query list beside the chat.
Barker St’s internal channel: a drawing-set card, a pinned meeting change and the team planning the builder’s pricing questions.
Reply in a thread, tag anyone in the studio with @, react, forward, edit and pin, as you would in Slack.
Large files upload in the background; pictures sit side by side and open as a gallery. A PDF opens straight into markup.
Save a message for later, set a reminder on it, or schedule a message to send in the morning.
Your sidebar
Group starred conversations into folders you can fold away and drag into order. Star rules star new conversations for you: a client, a project, internal or external, a project’s status, or the channel name.
A rule that stars every Marlow Group channel into the Barker St group.
Canvases
Every channel can hold canvases: the project brief, a checklist, a table of RFIs. Edit together, add files and pictures, and find them under Files & links with everything else the channel has shared.

Client chat
Clients read and reply in their project’s external channel from their portal, on any device. Consultants and contractors can be added to the channels they work in. Internal channels stay internal.
