AI in TrackerPlus

It reads the project. You make the call.

AI drafts the reports, notes and messages that take your evening, from what the project already holds. Nothing is sent or changed until a person presses the button, and every feature can be left off.

Client reports

The fortnightly update, drafted from email, chat and queries.

Project Report reads the period’s email with the client and consultants, the project channels and the open queries, and writes each project’s position with what is waiting on whom. You edit it, rewrite it and copy it. Weekly Review & Reports

Meeting notes

Decisions and actions from every recorded call.

Record a video call or meeting and tick Write AI meeting notes. The summary, decisions, action items and follow-ups are posted in the conversation with the transcript attached. Only the sound is sent; the video stays on the computer that recorded it. Video Calls & Meetings

Meeting notes

Notes from a coordination call with Clearspan and Rivulet, posted in the Barker St channel.

Write with AI

Say what you mean. Get it written.

In any conversation, describe the message or type a rough draft and press the wand. Rewrite tidies it; Translate to English turns a message written in any language into English.

  • Send it, put it in the box to edit, try again, or tell AI what to change.
  • Mentions, links, names and dates are kept exactly as written.
  • Staff only; clients never see it.

For your clients

Clients can bring their own AI assistant.

A client can connect Claude, or any assistant that takes custom connectors, to their portal. It answers questions about their projects, markups, queries, meetings and chat, and drafts queries for them, seeing only what their portal shows. The studio decides whether it may send chat messages, and every one is marked as sent through the assistant.

Early warnings

A signal when a client relationship is cooling.

Optional monitoring reads the external client channels you link and scores the risk, with its reasoning for a person to read. It produces a signal, never an action, and internal channels are left out.

The score, which model scored it, when and how many messages it read, then its reasoning for a person to act on.

And elsewhere

Smaller jobs, done quietly.

Drawing title blocks

Upload a set and each sheet’s number, title, views and scales are read from its title block. Fix any sheet inline.

AI Rewrite for addendums

Rough notes become formal addendum wording, or contract wording on a Construction phase’s RFI Responses.

Recorded client calls

Call a client from the desktop app on a Mac and record it; the summary and action items land in their communication log.

The help assistant

Every screen has a help assistant that knows the current product. Owners can switch it off for the workspace.

  • Each AI feature is switched on per studio, and none of them sends, publishes or changes anything without a person.
  • Project Report keeps only the short snippets it cites; full email bodies are read for the draft and not stored.
  • The privacy policy lists the AI providers and what each optional feature sends them.

Best on a bigger screen

The live demo is available on desktop.

It is a full working practice, with programmes, drawings in review and billing laid out for a bigger screen, so it is not available on phones. Open this page on a laptop or desktop computer to step inside.
