For Interior Design Studios

Made for studios that live on client approvals.

Interior work moves fast: lots of projects, lots of revisions, and a client in the loop on every one. TrackerPlus keeps the review cycle on the drawing, the client’s feedback on the record, and the billing keeping pace with the work.

Lobby glazing — can we go frameless along this run?

Level 2 layout looks good to me.

The client reviews and marks up the drawing itself — not in an email thread
Sound familiar?

Where design studios bleed time.

Revision rounds without a record

Another round of “small tweaks” arrives by phone, email and text. None of it is tracked, so scope creep is invisible until the margin is gone.

Approvals lost in threads

“As per my email of the 14th…” — when sign-off lives in an inbox, every disagreement becomes a search expedition.

A dozen small jobs, none billed on time

Small projects finish fast and invoice slow. Each one slips a little, and together they add up to serious unbilled fee.

Design & Review

Feedback that sticks.

Share a set for client review and the mark-up happens on the drawing itself — dated, signed with their name, attached to the exact revision you sent. When someone asks “what did they actually ask for?”, the answer is one click, not one afternoon.

  • Clients review the published set, not a JPG in an email
  • Every comment is recorded against the exact revision they saw
  • Amber badges show clients which sheets still want a reply

Design & Review

Every “can we just…” captured.

Client comments land as threads pinned to the linework — with photos, replies and a resolution state. The next revision starts from a checklist of what was actually asked, not a memory of it.

  • Threaded replies with image upload, right on the sheet
  • Open and closed comments filterable at a glance
  • Nothing actioned silently — every thread resolves on the record

The tiling setout here doesn't match the RCP — can you confirm the grid origin before we proceed?

Good catch — origin is the SE column centreline. Can you send a photo of the as-built?

Here's the site photo — the tiler has already started off the doorway edge.

Perfect — I'll set the datum off the photographed edge and re-issue the setout.

Plan & Schedule

Small jobs, kept moving.

One person works one task at a time — so the board always shows who is on what, tracked against the estimate it was priced at. Twelve concurrent fit-outs stop being twelve open browser tabs in your head.

  • A single live timer per person — no double-counted hours
  • Tasks carry the estimate from the fee, so overruns surface early
  • Statuses your team actually keeps updated, because it takes one click
