Comments are pinned to the markup they're about. Click one and the sheet pans and zooms straight to it — the row flashes blue, the linked markup flares green — so nobody hunts a 14-page set for the thing a note refers to.

Each comment opens a thread that nests as deep as it needs to. Client replies tint orange and glow amber until you've read them; staff replies stay quiet grey. Anyone can paste or attach a photo — a site condition, an as-built — and it rides along in the thread as a thumbnail you click to enlarge.
